Property Manager with a Drive for Business Acumen and Sustainable Customer Relationships

Are you an experienced Property Manager passionate about real estate, financial profitability, and building long-term customer relationships? Your Key Responsibilities

As a Property Manager, you will be an essential resource in our team, which consists of three property caretakers, a residential rental agent, a management coordinator, and other support functions for management. You will assist in management matters while ensuring they are carried out according to the standards for effective and smooth operations. The management area is Sandviken, with just over 800 apartments and several commercial premises. Your main responsibilities include:

• Responsible for standard improvements in apartments and collaborating to create a pleasant living environment, aiming to improve cash flow, customer satisfaction, and promote effective management.
• Responsible for smaller maintenance projects in collaboration with the Project Manager.
• Daily contact with both residential and commercial tenants, where you promote good relationships, service, and accessibility.
• Responsible for coordinating tenant communication in various matters and projects to create security through clear information.
• Follow-up on rounds, regulatory requirements, and energy consumption.
• Responsible for inspections of residential and commercial premises.

Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you have at least three years of experience in property management, are structured, and have a strong customer focus. You are an unpretentious and energetic team player with a strong business focus. You are also a top-notch problem solver, with excellent communication skills and the ability to balance responsiveness and decisiveness. Service and communication are your guiding principles – you meet tenants and colleagues with attentiveness and a solution-oriented approach, creating security and comfort in your work. Furthermore, we see that you:

• Have experience with tenant and contractor contact.
• Have knowledge of general regulatory requirements and the property owner's responsibilities.
• Are a proficient user of the Office suite, financial systems, and preferably have worked in Vitec or a similar property management system.
• Fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written (additional language skills are a plus).
• Hold a valid driver's license (B).

It is also highly meritorious if you have a post-secondary education in economics, property management, or similar.
